Smart device adopts GPS, WIFI and LBS three positioning methods. It generally use WIFI positioning indoor and GPS positioning is preferred for outdoor .Without GPS or WIFI signals, the LBS positioning is turned on. Smart device can automatically switch these three types of positioning and do not need manual operation.
Showing "get location overtime" is most likely to be that pets and smart hosts have no network signals or bad signals. The pet can be successfully located when the pet leaves the area.
If the pet does not move, it will not update new location data. When mobile phone networks is weak, the performance of positioning would be ineffective.
You may have too many track records, resulting in excessive track data and more times to check.It is recommended to record a period of time and close this function or to record it once a day.
There are two reasons why track mode or fence mode is forced to close: Firstly, in order to save power, we set the daily track mode only lasting 6 hours or fence mode only lasting 3 hours.If over limit, these two functions will be forced to close a day and it can work in the following day. Secondly, in order to have power to meet the needs of single positioning, lamp band control, teasing pets and other functional,we will also force off the track or fence mode, when the device has less than 10% power.

You must name the fence when you create it and try not to set a special symbol. Otherwise it cannot be saved.
The smart host itself will be slightly delayed;Uploading location information to APP is also delayed;At the same time, the mobile phone need some time to receive the location information, analyze whether the pet is in or out of the fence, and confirm whether or not to send the alarm; In some cases, the signal will affect the upload speed if it is too weak.
After setting up the fence, you need to select a fence as the preferred item (turn it blue) before you can successfully activate the fence function.
It may be that the fence is in a remote area or the radius of the fence is too small.You can turn off the fence ,edit the fence at the current pet fence settings interface and increase its radius or move its position to a nearby visible area.
The location of the smart host will influence the sensitivity of the light control. If there are no network signals or signals are weak around pets, it will fail to turn on or off the light belt. Kindly try in a place with good signal, or restart the smart host.
Make sure your cell phone have network signal and put smart host in a place having network signal. If network signal is weak, the device cannot connect to internet. Kindly try in a place with good signal, or restart the smart host.
