Our built-in SIM card is 2G. It will take 60 seconds to upload the location information when APP enables the recording track function. It will take 30 seconds to upload the location information when APP enables E-fence function and recording track function. APP can upload 360 locations at recording track function. The uploading time can be adjusted according actual needs later.

Our smart devices are collar and Dog Harness. Each product is divided into large, medium and small sizes. They are made from real leather, ribbon and other materials. Basically our products can meet the need of all kinds pets and we must have a suitable product for Pomeranian.

Our smart device with full power can stand for 5-7 days. If you walk the pets 2-3 hours everyday, the smart device can be used about 3 days and the duration of charging is only 1-2 hours.

The waterproof and dust-free level of the smart device is IP65. It is a daily life waterproof level. As long as you don't put them in the water soak or rinse for a long time, generally they will not damage.

Built-in SIM card of smart device needs to pay the fee of telecom traffic. We provide free flow service for the first month after purchasing the device. From the second month onwards, you can easily buy 3-months, 6-months or 12-months traffic packages through our APP.

Our smart device has a built-in SIM card and users can't change it by themselves. If users change the built-in SIM card by themselves, it will make the SIM card and device incompatible, and waterproof and dust-free function will decline, or even the device will damage as our smart device make by integrated design. We can not provide warranty service, either.

Smart device adopts GPS, WIFI and LBS three positioning methods. It generally use WIFI positioning indoor and the positioning accuracy is 50-meters level; GPS positioning is preferred for outdoor and the positioning accuracy is 10-meters level. Without GPS or WIFI signals, the LBS positioning is turned on, and the accuracy is 500-meters level.

Pressing the on-off button for 3 seconds can power on the device(the first-generation device has warning tone).The methods for checking smart device powering on: pressing the on-off button shortly with light on means the device on work. Pressing the on-off button for 8 seconds will shutdown the device.The methods for checking smart device shutdown : pressing the on-off button shortly with light off means the device shutdown.
